Uber/Bolt drivers to be paying taxes to government following the huge outcome of their incomes.

As easy and simple as it may sound, these businesses have now been regarded as one of the most and best lucrative businesses following the updates from partners who drive on these platforms.

Funny enough, Uber/Bolt E-hailing companies have been few years old since coming into Nigeria but within this period of time, both have more workers to compare with other companies. These companies in Nigeria have not less that 500 drivers each and these drivers have made much income from these companies as many flaunt their per day profits and monthly profits on one Facebook platform known as Uber and Taxify Drivers in Nigeria (e-drivers).

One of these drivers from Lagos, (Alex Ochigbo) claimed to have made #221,050 on monthly bases. Following his statement: 'I want any lazy drivers that will complain about my earning, should quit from social media. And that it will never be well with anybody that insult me about this earning'

Another Uber/Bolt driver who currently works/drives in the capital of Imo State, known as Owerri has also gone to make a show of his profits as he made a post showing his weekly and daily profits driving on Uber/Bolt E-hailing app. Driver whose name is Onuzulike Ikedichukwu, said: 'After today's sit at home, I thought it wise to encourage someone with my own screenshot' and thus showed that after the sit at home order in Imo State, this driver was able to raise the some of #13,900 on a Tuesday morning and the total of #56,100 of the previous week. Putting it together, and for a month, it will be alarming to note that these people make much money and are still protesting for an increase in fare price as the economy is not smiling on them.

It might interest you to note that these drivers, most of them don't own The cars they use for their business. Hence, they end up destroying people cars on rent just to enrich their own pocket and leave car owner's in severe pain of fixing their cars when damaged.

Furthermore, they are making much income without paying tax to the government and so, the government is to awake and place taxes on these drivers following the large amount of income they make per day and monthly on these platforms and to make sure that they are specifically looked upon as they carry out the duties within the country.
